At Big Spring United, music is the heartbeat of our worship- a powerful way to glorify God, unite our congregation, and reach the wider community. Our Music Ministry brings together gifted singers, instrumentalists, and dedicated volunteers to create uplifting experiences that inspire faith and fellowship. Whether through soaring choral harmonies, moving orchestral arrangements, or heartfelt accompaniment on the piano and organ, we strive to make every service a celebration of God’s love.
Choir
Our choir gathers voices of all ages and backgrounds to provide music during our 10:45am services. This group is open to all and rehearses on Wednesdays through most of the year.
Orchestra
For major celebrations, such as Easter, we assemble our orchestra that adds depth and grandeur to our worship. Brass, woodwinds, and percussion create a rich tapestry of sound that elevates the liturgy and touches hearts. Open to all levels and instruments, this group thrives on diversity and a love of worship.
Volunteer Organists and Pianists
A dedicated group of skilled volunteers provides live accompaniment on piano or organ for weekly services and special occasions. Their musical leadership supports the flow of worship and offers a reverent backdrop for prayer and reflection.
